Bonjour! I’m in Paris! The very first thing we did was get to a cafe and stuff ourselves silly with wine, cheese, foie gras and cured meats! We walked to cafe constant after near the eiffel tower recommended by our host in Paris. It was the only restaurant on the street with a line up! We shared a bottle of wine and salmon and oyster tartar. I had the veal done in cordon bleu style and Dom had the best beef stew she ever had! And awesome way to celebrate her birthday!
