If you read my blog often enough, you know that I love eating and trying new restaurants. But lately, I’ve been going back to my favourite restaurants that I know will deliver a delicious, solid meal that won’t disappoint.
One of my top favourites is Petit Dejeuner, which I’ve written in the past here about brunch. I tried their lunch menu for the first time today and the chicken crepe truly didn’t disappoint. I probably could have licked the plate clean. If it’s your first time here, I would recommend getting their waffles, they’re very light and fluffy and voted the best in the city!

September is flying by! October’s Glow is out on newsstands and we got to work with some great illustratos this issue. Maren Esdar did a fun illustration collage for our fragrance story on why do we buy celebrity perfumes? Ekaterina Koroleva did a beautiful illustration for our anti aging story about how algae is beneficial to our skin. And also in this issue (not shown above) is a story about all about how women are unabashedly reading erotic novels on their Kobo, scandalous!
I got the chance to design thank you cards for Kyla and Darius’ dreamy destination wedding in Aruba. The thank you cards are in the form of stamps since her save the dates and invitation were luggage tags and postcards. And did I mention Kyla was the sweetest bride! She brought me home made gluten free chocolate balls when she came to pick up her cards! Looking at that beach is making me want to take another vacation already!
